In the summer of 2017, I came across an understanding of how the human experience is created that was so different from everything I had been taught about happiness and wellbeing that it rocked my world and moved me from a life of chronic stress, overwhelm and insecurity into one of wellbeing greater than I could have ever imagined.

This psycho-spiritual understanding gets to the root of how our psychology is created.  And seeing it, really seeing it, is completely life changing because you are no longer coping with a psychology that feels broken or the desire to change circumstances hoping for a better outcome.  You see the source of how your experiences are created in a whole new way and your relationship the world changes.

I am certified as aTransformative coach, and a Newfield Network Coach.  I have an MBA in finance and a BBA in marketing. Prior to starting my coaching practice, I was the Chief Operating Officer with the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, and before that, was the founding CEO of Cool Space Locator, a non-profit dedicated to bringing businesses into urban neighborhoods.  I am author of the series “How to Succeed in Work and Life, an Inside-Out Guide for Young Professionals,” owner/editor of the Medium publication, “Less Stress, More Success,”  a publication that promotes the teachings of Sydney Banks and the 3 Principles, and Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of the 3 Principles Global Community Board of Directors.  

I have been married for 37 years full of adventure and fun and have raised two amazing children who have brought me two amazing grandchildren. I spend my free time biking, hiking, studying Jewish Mysticism, traveling and training my dog Leo in agility and obedience.
