Each of us has two parts to our whole

- our true self, our perfect self, our be yourself self

and

- our insecure, self-conscious self, our busy in un-helpful thoughts self.

These are two essential parts that make up the perfect whole. There is nothing to fix, you are already there. Human and whole.
