Since May of 2020, I have written 153 articles. They are all published here and if you'd like to read them without subscribing to Medium you can access them here. I am working on compiling them into a book titled How to Succeed in Work and Life (an inside-out guide for young professionals). An initial draft of my book is available for download here. And I have been reading through all of them to see if there are others that I want to include in the book. Today I came across an article that was written in December of 2020 and I loved reading it so much that I decided a re-print was in order. It starts like this: I read a quote this morning from a “leading expert in psychological safety in the workplace.” : “…your environment influences your feelings AND your behavior. So work to control your environment.” It really pissed me off. It is just not true!
